Today, Societies and organizations are changing from industrial to information society based on information and communication technologies (ICTs) development. Therefore many countries are trying to improve their global position by these technologies. In Micro level, organizations use ICTs for competitive advantages improvement. Electronic readiness concept demonstrates availability and use of ICTs. This research by using bridges electronic readiness model and descriptive-survey method assist e-readiness of sepah bank. The Majority of nations and organizations attempt to use information and communications technologies (ICT) due to emergence of new innovations and inventions in order to improve their economic and social conditions. This research examine and compare electronic readiness (E.R.) of two financial and commercial organizations based on Bridges model. Data gathered on 109 managers and specialists of each organization after questionnaire designing. Results proved dissatisfaction condition of E.R. in 2 organizations. Meanwhile there are no statistical difference between E.R. of two organizations namely results are similar in two organizations.
